Everyone is a chef at InChu, where you first decide your base (greens or rice); choose your protein (chicken, beef, or salmon), and then go crazy with a palette of Asian-inspired gastronomic mashups, like Korean Bibimbap, Japanese Donburi, Vietnamese Bahn Mi, or Thai Pad Krapow. What started as a pandemic passion project for Chef Nina Festekjian (Anoush'ella, Nu Burger) and longtime collaborator Aleks Bakhrakh, InChu quickly evolved from ghost kitchen to pop-up, to fast and affordable bowl dining that will send your taste buds to Asia (without the jet lag). #bowlgoals
