The Woops! journey began in 2012 in the heart of New York City as four friends created a macaron pop-up shop at the Winter Village in Bryant Park. In the nine weeks of that holiday season, Woops! couldn’t keep up with the lines out the door. Whoops! has since opened kiosks and bakeshops all throughout the United States. The collection of sweets now includes over 20 macaron flavors. All Whoops! macarons are made in the company’s bakery; ingredients are imported from countries around the world, including Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
