Free Shuttle Service
CambridgeSide offers a free shuttle service between CambridgeSide, MBTA Lechmere Green Line T Station and Kendall Square Red Line T Station. The bus runs every 20 minutes, Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm and Saturday + Sunday from 9am to 9pm.

Snow Emergency Off Street Parking For East Cambridge Resident
During a declared snow emergency, free parking is valid for the CambridgeSide lower parking garage for East Cambridge residents. Please enter on CambridgeSide Place to the right of The Cheesecake Factory. Free resident parking is available from the time the declared snow emergency is in effect until 2 hours after it is lifted. Tickets may be validated between 9am to 9pm at the Parking Office located on Level G1. After hours, go to Security Base located within the pavilion on Level G3 for validation. Bring proof of East Cambridge residency for validation. CambridgeSide Garage is an automated parking facility and there will be no cashier at exit. Ticket must be validated prior to exit.
Group Tour Buses
We recommend that that you travel via Route 93 as buses are not allowed on some sections of Memorial or Storrow Drive.
Parking
CambridgeSide has automated paid parking. Please take your ticket with you and pay before returning to your car at one of the convenient parking pay stations on the following levels: G1, G2 and G3.
For your convenience, CambridgeSide provides easily accessible parking. The garage has three entrances: CambridgeSide Place, Land Boulevard, and First Street.

EZRide Shuttle
EZ Ride is a member supported shuttle that links Cambridge worksites to Kendall Square, North Station and Cambridgeport. It is a private service with access to the public for a fee of $1.00 for adults and $0.50 for children (ages 5 - 11 yrs). Shuttles, which are wheelchair accessible, depart every 12 minutes in both directions during service hours. Shuttles run from 6:30am to 10am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Mailboxes/Stamps
Mailboxes are located on Level G2. Pick-up times are Monday-Friday at 4:00 pm. Stamps are sold at CVS on Level 1.

Public Restrooms
Public restrooms are located on Level 1. Additional restrooms are located in T.J. Maxx.

Sightseeing + Private Charters (Seasonal)
The Charles Riverboat Company offers private charters and sightseeing cruises that depart from Canal Park adjacent to CambridgeSide. To inquire about prices and availability, call 617.621.3001 or visit the ticket booth located seasonally in Canal Park.
Strollers
Strollers can be rented for center use through an automated stroller set up, Smarte Carte, located on Level 2 near T.J.Maxx. Strollers feature tablets with apps and games for children. Strollers are available to rent for a fee of $10.00, of which $1.00 will be returned to the customer upon returning the stroller. Payments can be made in the form of dollar bills and all major credit cards.
Taxi Service
Taxi stand is located at CambridgeSide Place. If a taxi is not available, the Welcome Center can request one.
Welcome Center
Welcome Center is on Level 1 in the center of CambridgeSide. The Welcome Center provides customers with store information, store phone numbers, directions to the center, information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.
Wheelchair Rentals
Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Welcome Center on Level 1.
WiFi
Complimentary WiFi is available at CambridgeSide.

CambridgeSide continually strives to develop specialized partnerships within the tourism industry and we offer convention and leisure groups packages to meet every need and budget. In addition, the center provides convenient coach drop-off and parking (must coordinate with center in advance).
