CambridgeSide has automated paid parking. Please take your ticket with you and pay before returning to your car at one of the convenient parking pay stations on the following levels: G1, G2 and G3.
For your convenience, CambridgeSide provides easily accessible parking. The garage has three entrances: CambridgeSide Place, Land Boulevard, and First Street.

*Rates apply when entering after 3pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends. All vehicles must exit before midnight.
Please remove all valuables from you car. Management is not responsible for loss of property or damage due to vandalism, trespassing, theft, or fire. Management is not responsible for damage to bike/roof racks and antennas. All claims must be reported before leaving the property.

Parking validation is available at The Cheesecake Factory. Please ask your server regarding validation.

Public Transportation
CambridgeSide is located at the Lechmere T on the Green Line.
The EZRide Shuttle provides service from North Station to Lechmere, Kendall and into Cambridge. For more information on EZRide, click here: EZRide Shuttle
Free Shuttle Service
CambridgeSide has expanded our partnership with Charles River Transportation Management Association offering increased free shuttle with EZRide. EZRide makes stops from North Station to Cambridgeport with a stop at CambridgeSide.
Monday-Friday: 6am to 8pm
Saturday + Sunday: 9am-9pm
The new CambridgeSide “Stop E” will be located on First Street at Thorndike Way, outside our new entrance through the CanalSide Food + Drink Connector.
The new Kendall Square “Stop I” will be located on Ames St near Main St. at the EZRide Outbound Stop.

MBTA Station Information + Schedule
Snow Emergency Off Street Parking For East Cambridge Resident
During a declared snow emergency, free parking is valid for the CambridgeSide lower parking garage for East Cambridge residents. Please enter on CambridgeSide Place to the right of The Cheesecake Factory. Free resident parking is available from the time the declared snow emergency is in effect until 2 hours after it is lifted. Tickets may be validated between 9am to 9pm at the Parking Office located on Level G1. After hours, go to Security Base located within the pavilion on Level G3 for validation. Bring proof of East Cambridge residency for validation. CambridgeSide Garage is an automated parking facility and there will be no cashier at exit. Ticket must be validated prior to exit.
Group Tour Buses
We recommend that that you travel via Route 93 as buses are not allowed on some sections of Memorial or Storrow Drive.
