Bike Racks

For customer convenience, bike racks are located on G1, as well as Canal Side.

BlueBikes

Rent a bike near your home or office and pedal your way to the next lunch meeting, errand or shopping trip, or to visit friends and family. Bluebikes Station is located outside the Main Entrance on CambridgeSide Place. For more information, please visit www.bluebikes.com.

Car Wash + Auto Detailing

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

LensCrafters - Level 1

High Chairs

High chairs are available in CanalSide on Level 1.

Lost + Found

Any lost and found items are logged in with the Garage Office located on G1 near garage exit. To contact Lost and Found, please call 617.621.8668.

Mailboxes/Stamps

Mailboxes are located on Level G2. Pick-up times are Monday-Friday at 4:00 pm. Stamps are sold at CVS on Level 1.

Package Assistance + Escorts

For your convenience, we offer package assistance and escorts. See Welcome Center on Level 1 for details.

Public Restrooms

Public restrooms are located in CanalSide on Level 1. Additional restrooms are located in T.J.Maxx on Level 2.

Shuttle Service

CambridgeSide has expanded our partnership with Charles River Transportation Management Association offering increased free shuttle with EZRide. EZRide makes stops from North Station to Cambridgeport with a stop at CambridgeSide.

Monday – Saturday: 6am to 8pm

Sunday: 9am to 9pm

The new CambridgeSide “Stop E” will be located on First Street at Thorndike Way, outside our new entrance through the CanalSide Food + Drink Connector.

The new Kendall Square “Stop I” will be located on Ames St near Main St. at the EZRide Outbound Stop.

Sightseeing + Private Charters (Seasonal)

The Charles Riverboat Company offers private charters and sightseeing cruises that depart from Canal Park adjacent to CambridgeSide. To inquire about prices and availability, call 617.621.3001 or visit the ticket booth located seasonally in Canal Park.

Strollers

Strollers can be rented for center use though an automated stroller setup, Smarte Carte, located on Level 2. Strollers feature tablets with apps and games for children. Strollers are available to rent for a fee of $10.00, of which $1.00 will be returned to the customer upon returning the stroller. Payments can be made in the form of dollar bills and all major credit cards.

Taxi Service

Taxi stand is located at CambridgeSide Place. If a taxi is not available, the Welcome Center can request one.

Welcome Center

Welcome Center is on Level 1 in the center of CambridgeSide. The Welcome Center provides customers with store information, store phone numbers, directions to the center, information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.

Wheelchair Rentals

Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Welcome Center on Level 1.

WiFi

Complimentary WiFi is available at CambridgeSide.
